060528 4443 West Kalgoorlie, OPC 385, originally built by South Australian Railways Islington Workshops in 1968 as an 8300 class brake van numbered 8372 on broad gauge, to standard gauge and recoded in Sept 1982 to AVAY 385, converted to AZXP accident van in c1986 and then in April 1993 recoded to OPC.
