Parkeston, SCT PDAY type crew accommodation car PDAY 001 'Robert Mervin Yates' on train 3PG1. PDAY 001 was built by SAR Islington Workshops as a 250 type Bluebird second class railcar number 253 and named 'Pelican' in 1955, written off in 1995 and sold and eventually converted to a crew car by Bluebird Rail Services in 2005 for SCT.
