Shepparton, V/Line broad gauge VTQY type bogie fuel tank waggon VTQY 91 on the stabled down fuel train, note the disc and spoke wheel sets on the RHS bogie, this tank waggon was built by Victorian Railways Newport Workshops in April 1928, coded to TWF in 1961 then to VTQY in November 1981.
