Wedgefield, Sell and Parker's metal recycling yard, view of Hitachi ZAXIS 350 LCH excavator fitted with the huge hydraulically operated shears that are making a meal of former EMD SD40 and GE AC6000 locomotives. Besides it lays the remains of an EMD SD40R unit which has been reduced to a few frame part with the EMD 645 engine laying over.
