These units of Bo-Bo design with a 6CSRKT 640 kW prime mover and built at the Rocklea Qld plant. Donated to Society in 1995. 14th September 2020.

Purchased in 1986 and rebuilt by Comeng WA into C636R before delivery to Robe in November 1986. This loco also went on to become DR 8401 for construction of FMG's railway in 2007-08. Seen here in the South Yard dragging a loaded rake down to the car dumper. Approximate location of train is here. 22nd May 2002.

060723 7825201 viewsOriginal Hamersley Iron compressor waggon sets IC-1 and IC-3 which were made from cutting down condemned ore waggons and then fitting Atlas Copco XAS 97 air compressors, receiver tanks and fuel tanks. The compressors have been fitted to a swing cradle to limit the in-train forces during the unloading process. 7 Mile 23rd July 2006.

200914 7802201 viewsPilbara Railways Historical Society museum, former Cliffs Robe River Iron Associates RSC-3 model ALCo locomotive built by Montreal Locomotive Works (MLW) in 1951 for NSWGR as the 40 class 4002 serial 77733, purchased by CRRIA in 1971 and numbered 261.002, then 1705 and finally 9405. 4002 is preserved in an operational state and another claim to fame is it run the Royal Train in NSW February 1954. Donated to the Society in 1979. 14th September 2020.
